[Xrayops] Partial beam loss

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

At ~19:20 we experianced a partial beam loss of ~8mA. The cause of the beam loss 
is under investigation.

Until the cause is found, more partial beam losses are possible.
