[Xrayops] Top-up aborted and started.

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

On Thursday March 3, 2001 at 13:49 Top-up aborted due to a Realtime Feedback 
problem. 
The situation was investigated and corrected by Operations. 
On Thursday March 3, 2001 at 13:53 Top-up was started. 
Stored beam did not drop below 100mA.
