[Xrayops] Earthquake off the coast of Japan

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

March 11, 2011 @ 00:10. We were investigating continuous excessive RMS beam 
motion in a horizontal plane which started at 00:10. Our earthquake medm monitor 
indicates SR circumference change. There was an Earthquake off the coast of 
Honshu, Japan registering 7.9 from the USGS.
