[Xrayops] beam motion

Hi,

The network storm described below resulted in "almost zero flux" at 8-ID-I.
Our users were puzzled and were thinking it was a sample issue. They could not see anything wrong with the sample and by the time they figured out that the sample was fine, the flux was restored.

I would not have expected that this could be so dramatic. I am not sure if there was an announcement made. Would it make sense to make an announcement in the future that this could even result in no flux at the beamline so the users are not puzzled.

Thanks.

Suresh
