[Xrayops] Stored Beam Lost

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

On Monday July 23rd 2012 at 03:06 stored beam was lost due to SR RF 2. 
As of 03:41, we are switching the RF systems from RF 2 to RF 3.
