[Xrayops] minor beam motion from 08:08 to 08:13

We received a transient 2.3 micrns minor alarm for RMS beam motion in the horizontal plane at 08:10 on 10/3/12. The RMS beam motion striptool indicated that the beam motion picked up at 08:08 and tapered off at 08:13, with 2.3 microns spike at 08:10, which caused a minor alarm. There was no known construction going on at that time. Beam motion was above typical levels but within specifications.
