[Xrayops] beam motion due to magnitude 7.7 earthquake near British Colombia, Canada

As previously noted, elevated levels of beam motion began this evening at 22:16 and peaked at 22:24 due to a magnitude 7.7 earthquake near British Colombia, Canada. The last instance of beam motion measured at a potentially disruptive level was at 23:01, in the 30Hz bandwidth with a peak of ~1.36 microns in the horizontal plane.
