[Xrayops] RMS beam motion from 07:45 to 07:47 during the morning fill on fill

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

There was a major RMS beam motion from 07:45 to 07:47 during the morning fill on fill. The cause is under investigation.
