On Wednesday July 3rd, 2013 at 17:34 Storage Ring Orbit Control Law Horizontal & Vertical Control Laws went out of range due to IOCFE21. Attempts to boot the IOC were not successful. Operations and the Floor Coordinator are locally investigating the situation.
