[Xrayops] Excessive RMS beam motion from 08:47 to 09:03

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

There was a major RMS beam motion starting at 08:47 due to issues with Storage Ring Real Time feedback program. Stored beam was lost at 09:03 during RT feedback troubleshooting, when the feedback was initialized.
