[Xrayops] Expect delay in start of User Operations tomorrow

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

Our estimate for the start of User Operations tomorrow (Wednesday, June 
26) is approximately 16:00. Due to a problem with a S37 scraper, it was 
removed and will be replaced by a spool piece. A bake-out still needs to 
be done and the tunnel secured.

We will update you as to our progress at 12:00 tomorrow, or earlier if 
we have additional information.
