[Xrayops] Update on RF cavity conditioning

At present we are slightly ahead of the schedule set up for conditioning 
the RF cavities and start-up preparations needed to resume user 
operations as scheduled at 0800 on Wednesday May 29th. The initial phase 
of ramping up the RF cavity power is complete. We have started the 
portion of RF cavity conditioning where we slowly increase the beam 
current in the storage-ring and are presently at approximately 33mA. I 
will send out another update tomorrow evening when we are at a higher 
current.
