[Xrayops] Start of User Operations delayed

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

Due to a problem with Linac RF and a power supply in the SR, the start of User Operations is expected to be delayed for at least one hour. Further information will be sent as it becomes available.
