[Xrayops] Top-up aborted

Top-up was aborted at 10:24 on 10/9/13 due to realtime feedback IOC issues. Top-up was resumed at 10:58 on 10/9/13 with ~96mA of stored beam.

Top-up has been aborted again at 11:01 on 10/9/13 due to realtime feedback IOC issues.
