[Xrayops] Update : ongoing power outage investigation.

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

On March 14, 2014 at 03:10 AM , stored beam was lost. There is a power outage at Building 450 that was due to a 13.2kV breaker trip. Investigation is still ongoing.

Recovery is expected to take at least an hour or longer. Next-Fill Update ETA ~1 hour.
