[Xrayops] Vertical orbit correction resumed, beam motion resolved

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

at 19:46 on feb 21, 2014. vertical orbit correction was restarted. the beam motion investigation is over, the issue has been resolved.
