[Xrayops] RTFB and Orbit Controllaw Suspended

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

Due to an ongoing issue on 28/01/14 at 14:45, we are suspending real time feedback and orbit control law to correct some BPM timing problems. Realtime feedback and orbit control law have been suspended at 18:02 on 28/01/14.
