[Xrayops] No Storage Ring injection due to network problems. - update.

On July 3, 2014 at 15:37, stored beam dropped below 100mA; At 5:54PM, top up was aborted.

The server has been recovered. However, our OAG applications directory is still being loaded.

Next fill update ETA ~1 hour.
