[Xrayops] Control systems still not functioning, workaround underway

Alternative methods to restore the control systems to operations are still under way. As of now, there is no estimated time for a refill. We are attempting to restore the ability to inject into the Storage Ring first. Restoration of orbit control will take much longer, if possible at all with the current workaround.
