[Xrayops] Stored Beam

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

At 05:34 we injected into the timing bunch. At 05:51 we completed the fill with 102mA of stored beam and started top-up. At this time orbit correction is not working due to the network issue.
