[Xrayops] Top-up aborted 16:24

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

Due to an injector RF issue, top-up was aborted at 16:24. A switch to the back-up system is underway, we expect to restart top-up within the next 15-30 minutes.
