[Xrayops] Shutter permit enabled.

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

On June 8, 2014 at 02:06 AM , stored beam was lost due to a Major PSS Fault at 9BM.

At 03:17AM on June 8, 2014, Shutter permit was enabled with 102mA of stored beam. top-up is ongoing.
