[Xrayops] Vertical Beam Motion

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

On June 18, 2014 at 10:24AM, we started experiencing vertical beam motion in excess of specifications due to a vertical instability. The beam motion continued until 10:39 when it appeared to have subsided.

 A second instance of vertical beam motion started at 10:54AM when Top-Up resumed and continued until 11:04AM when the issue was resolved.
