[Xrayops] Injector repairs are ongoing

Repairs to a leaking water system for one of the Linac RF systems is ongoing. Our current estimate for completion of the repair is 16:15-16:30. At the completion of the repair Top-Up will be resumed and a fill-on-fill will be scheduled.
