[Xrayops] IOC issue: orbit controllaw, real time feedback, and top-up aborted

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

Due to an IOC issue, orbit controllaw was interrupted at 22:43. There has been consistant beam motion in excess of specifications since ~23:07. In order to investigate the issue, top-up and real time feedback were aborted at 23:24.

Stored beam dropped below 100mA at 22:31. The IOC investigation is currently ongoing.
