[Xrayops] update on a BPM issue in SR sector 19

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

Diagnostics group personnel repaired a faulty cable at the S19 diagnostics chassis to correct the issue with 19ID Beam Position Limit Detector. Diagnostics group personnel are currently validating Machine Protection System in affected sector. Estimated time for user beam is ~11a.m.
