[Xrayops] Vertical instability info

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

An increase in vertical emittance for the periods of 08:00-8:18 and 09:21-10:00 was found to be due to an auxiliary tune measurement which was unexpectedly driving the beam. The software was refined and tested between 10:26-10:32 to prevent the drive from inadvertently being left on.
