[Xrayops] Continued partial beam losses and Top-Up aborted.

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

The partial beam loss issue is still under investigation. At 11:29PM, ~8mA of beam was lost from the timing bunch. Top-Up was briefly aborted from 11:31PM to 11:33PM.

Currently, there are 89mA of stored beam and Top-Up is ongoing.
