[Xrayops] Topup resumed at 09:56

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

Linac RF modulator #1 (L1:MO1) has been repaired. Topup was resumed at 09:56 with ~98mA remaining stored beam, and there was a first positive topup injection.
