[Xrayops] Network storm at 10:57

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

At 10:57 on April 16th, a network storm caused loss of communications with 35 IOC's. Stored beam has not been lost, however orbit data and control is unkown at this time. IT personnel are investigating.
