[Xrayops] Booster extraction magnet repairs underway

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

A failure in one of the Booster pulsed magnet power supplies has necessitated a repair. The repair is underway and expected to take until approximately 11:00. Until that time Top-Up will not be running.
