[Xrayops] Beam Motion due to an earthquake.

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

Starting at 02:40AM on 12/7/15, we experienced minor beam motion in the horizontal plane due to a 7.2 magnitude earthquake in Tajikistan. The beam motion subsided at ~03:00AM.
