[Xrayops] Top-up status

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

Top-up was restarted at 12:59 with 97mA, however it was aborted again at 13:05 to continue IEX troubleshooting. Attempts to recover the IEX controller have thus far been unsuccessful, so top-up was restarted at 13:10 until another attempt at fixing the IEX is ready to be made. Email updates will be sent as needed.
