[Xrayops] Emergency beam dump 14:12

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

Fill #25 was intentionally dumped at 14:12 so the Fire Dept. could put out a fire outside Bldg. 420 at RF1 transformer/rectifier set. Electrical feeds for all of 420 RF were isolated as a preaution. The situation is ongoing, another update will be sent ~16:00.
