[Xrayops] RF Gun 2 kicker power supply downtime

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

Per Stan Pasky, the RF Gun 2 kicker thyratron replacement is complete.
Operations is securing the Linac / PAR tunnel.
The new thyratron will need to be tested, so at this time there is no estimate for stored beam.
