[Xrayops] Beam dumped

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

At 02:30 a "Site Wide Safety Concern" was announced and stored beam was 
dumped according to procedure. All RF systems and power supplies were 
shut down in the injectors and storage-ring. The MCR is in the process 
of bringing all the systems back on-line. A storage-ring power supply 
which had tripped yesterday evening also needs to be replaced before we 
can store beam. Barring any complications, the earliest we would expect 
beam is 05:15.
