[Xrayops] Stored beam intentionally dumped & recovered

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

On Saturday July 11, 2015 at 02:30 ANL security informed us that there was a "Site Wide Safety Concern".
At 02:40 stored beam was intentionally dumped.
At 03:20 the site wide safty concern was resolved and Opeations started recovering the the systems.
At 06:10 shutter permit was enabled and fill #8 started.
