[Xrayops] Storage Ring Orbit Control Laws running again

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

On Tuesday June 2nd, 2015 at 19:21 the Storage Ring Orbit Control Laws stopped due to IOCID12.
On Tuesday June 2nd, 2015 at 19:43 the Storage Ring Orbit Control Laws XRDP have been aborted and DP has been started.
Marty Smith is investigating the situation.
