[Xrayops] Top-Up time outs

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

Top-up is disabled if the kicker readbacks do not match the setpoint with the "AutoStop" script which checks for this and a few other things. I asked Dee to find out whether or not the kicker will still fire if the communications issues are present. If it will, we can disable the "AutoStop" for top-up until they can replace the Gespac at the next beam loss or during machine studies.

Can you have the operators collect the error message from these time-outs?

It may be an network problem or an ioc problem.

On Thursday June 11, 2015 from 01:26 to 02:19 Top-Up timed out and was restarted 7 times.
Top-Up was restarted at 01:31, 01:36, 01:41, 01:48, 01:54, 02:01, and 02:19.
