[Xrayops] Beam Motion

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

>From 5:43-5:47 there was noticable beam motion. From 5:47-present,  there is some occasional small amounts of beam motion detected. The beam motion is under investigation. Top-up was briefly aborted and then restarted.
