[Xrayops] Shutter permit enabled at 04:52AM.

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

At 02:23AM on Mar 26, 2015, stored beam was lost. A failed BPLD in sector 26 was replaced. Shutter permit was enabled for the start of User Operations at 04:52AM. There are 102mA of stored beam and Top-Up is ongoing.
