[Xrayops] Top-up & Fill-on-fill

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

L2RF repairs are complete and injector recovery is in progress. We expect to be re-starting top-up within the next 15 minutes.  After ~30minutes of top-up, a fill-on-fill with shutters will be performed and top-up will be restarted.
