[Xrayops] Elevated RMS horiztonal beam motion @00:32

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

We were experiencing elevated levels of RMS beam motion on the horizontal plane at ~00:32. The alarms have subsided but the cause of the beam motion is unknown as of yet.
