Orbit controllaw for the horizontal plane have been temporarily suspended as the RMS beam motion issues continue. Investigation is ongoing.

We were experiencing elevated levels of RMS beam motion on the horizontal plane at ~00:32. The alarms have subsided but the cause of the beam motion is unknown as of yet.
