[Xrayops] Stored beam < 100mA

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

Due to an injector issue that began at 15:15, stored beam dropped below 100mA at 15:25.

The issue has been resolved. Stored beam ~100mA. Top-up is ongoing.
