[Xrayops] Beam motion

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

Since ~23:30 on 10/28/15, we have been experiencing consistant beam motion in all bandwidths in the vertical plane. We have also seen it intermittantly in the horizontal plane as well. The majority of this beam motion has been just outside minor alarm limits. Coupling has dropped in addition to a corresponding rise in horizontal emittance.

An investigation is ongoing. Updates will be forthcoming.
