[Xrayops] Brief beam motion spike

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

At approximately 22:50, there was a brief but sizable orbit error caused by the quenching of one of the superconducting devices. Stored beam was not lost and no lasting ill effects were experienced.
