[Xrayops] Beam loss 14:17

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

Fill#23 was lost at 14:17 due to a S29ID DBPLD DS trip which was likely caused by SR quadrupole S19B:Q3 PS. Recovery is ongoing as PS Group swaps out the failed power supply in addition to a checkout of the SR thick septum (S:IS1).
