[Xrayops] Vertical Emittance Change

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

Due to ongoing issues in the Storage Ring, since the morning fill-on-fill at ~09:50 we have been experiencing increased vertical beam emittance. Coupling is now ~1.5% compared to the previous value of ~1.2%. We anticipate the emittance to decrease over the course of the fill.
