[Xrayops] Adjustments to stored beam scheduled for 02:30

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

These changes are meant to increase lifetime and will include a change to the coupling. This is due to the ongoing injector issue.

At 02:15, stored beam is at 70mA.
